Malcolm Sher is a partner with Sher-Minnard, LLP in Walnut Creek. Admitted in both the United Kingdom and California, he is a member of the California Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, The Mediation Society and ADRNC. Through his mediation practice, called “Shaping Solutions,” Malcolm mediates and arbitrates cases involving real property, professional liability, business, contract, construction, probate and employment issues with an emphasis on multi-party disputes and especially enjoys those involving parties from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
