Buyer’s Remorse! What happens when things go wrong after the mediation? A Round Table sharing best practices and war stories regarding buyer’s remorse after the mediation concludes. What are the opportunities, duties, and responsibilities for the mediator post mediation session? The duties include, legal, ethical, moral, and the protection of the mediator’s reputation.
