The Mediation Society will present its next Breakfast Roundtable on Thursday, December 8, 2005 at Golden Gate University, 536 Mission Street, Room 2321, San Francisco, from 8:00 am to 9:15 am. James R. Madison, a former president of the California Dispute Resolution Council, will lead a roundtable discussion on “Significant Mediation Cases In 2005.” Mr. Madison, a lawyer who functions full time as a dispute resolution neutral – an arbitrator, mediator, special master, partnering facilitator and dispute review board member, is a former partner in the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and is a member of the Large Complex Case Panel, the Employment Panel, the Panel of International Arbitrators and the Mediator Panel of the American Arbitration Association. He brings expertise to the mediation and arbitration of construction, employment and other business disputes. Please join us for what promises to be a most interesting roundtable discussion.
