The Mediation Society will present its next Breakfast Roundtable on Thursday, December 8, 2005 at Golden Gate University, 536 Mission Street, Room 2321, San Francisco, from 8:00 am to 9:15 am. James R. Madison, a former president of the California Dispute Resolution Council, will lead a roundtable discussion on “Significant Mediation Cases In 2005.” Mr. Madison, a lawyer who functions full time as a dispute resolution neutral – an arbitrator, mediator, special master, partnering facilitator and dispute review board member, is a former partner in the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and is a member of the Large Complex Case Panel, the Employment Panel, the Panel of International Arbitrators and the Mediator Panel of the American Arbitration Association.
