Richard C. Reuben, Reporter for the Uniform Mediation Act, will speak on the “”Lessons I Learned During the UMA Drafting and Implications for California Lawyers.”” Mr. Reuben, an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and a Senior Fellow at the law school’s Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution, has written extensively on issues in mediation and mandatory arbitration.
