Laurel Kaufer is a Mediator/Arbitrator in Los Angeles and a Diplomat of the California and National Academies of Distinguished Neutrals. Following Hurricane Katrina she founded the Mississippi Mediation Project providing conflict resolution resources for hard hit areas.
