Description:

Description: Brilliant people come to me hoping that I can rescue them from their legal woes: founders of startups, Google and Apple Engineers, tech CEOs, Stanford professors…  They are hoping that through mediation their lives will become normal, peaceful, happy again.  Yet I noticed early on: nearly all of these brilliant clients are emotionally dumb.  I wondered: do dumb people end up in conflict or does conflict make smart people dumb?  In this talk I’ll answer that perplexing question.  And I’ll show you how to turn emotionally dumb people brilliant again (so they can solve their own problems).
