Insurance Issues in Mediation: In almost all types of litigation, insurance issues are inevitable. Some cases have an overarching insurance issue in dispute. Other times, when parties strive to reach settlement, they discover underlying insurance coverage issues that must be resolved before the case can settle. This program gives an overview of the insurance issues that arise in various types of mediations and how to navigate through those issues in order to reach settlement.
