Description:

This program will focus on increasing the mediator’s understanding of how insurers approach mediation, with an eye toward increasing mediator effectiveness in dealing with insurance issues both before and during the mediation. Is there a best time to mediate cases with insurers? What information do they need to fully evaluate a case and how soon before the mediation session will they need it? What if the adjuster cannot or will not attend the mediation? How can the mediator get the most out of an intransigent insurer?

These and other critical issues will be discussed and practice tips given.n
This is an MCLE program, so participants must attend in person or through the conference call-in number in order to obtain MCLE credit. n
