Come discuss the unmentionable – fees and billing! We will provide survey results of Bay Area mediator billing rates and other common practices of TMS’ experienced mediators. We will then have an open discussion in which we can share our own experiences with differing practices and collection processes. Our goal is to encourage a frank conversation about this topic, including a discussion of what practices are most beneficial/easily implemented commonly used. Come away with new ideas to implement in your own solo practices and tips on maximizing payment for your mediation services.
