This interactive productive workshop is designed for trained mediators, who want to make mediation their full-time job. Using a strategic approach to integrating success at the mediation table with a congruent marketing approach. Forrest S. Mosten will help you identify, focus and market your mediation practice.
PARTICULAR EMPHASIS WILL BE DEVOTED TO SHIFTING FROM A PART-TIME
TO A FULL-TIME AND PROFITABLE MEDIATION PRACTICE.
Forrest (Woody) Mosten has been in private mediation practice since1979. He is president of Mosten Mediation Centers, which has 20 offices in California and in 25 states. He trains mediators worldwide,and is a popular presenter at mediation conferences. He is the author of 4 books including Mediation Career Guide and Operating a Profitable Mediation Practice. He has received numerous awards and was named the 1999 Peacemaker of the Year by the Southern California Mediation Association for his pioneering work in the field.
